In a show of solidarity, the Forum of Former Speakers of the Ondo State House of Assembly, all members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have declared their unwavering support for Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa’s administration.
During a courtesy visit led by their coordinator, Rt. Hon. Victor Olabimtan, the former Speakers expressed confidence in the Governor’s leadership, vowing to collaborate with the current administration to achieve developmental goals beyond the 2025 tenure.
Governor Aiyedatiwa, in appreciation, affirmed his dedication to completing ongoing projects.
In a related development, the non-political Ilaje Development Summit Group, led by Rev. Sola Adebawo, conveyed their support during a separate visit.
The group highlighted critical challenges faced by the Ilaje populace, including electricity shortages and healthcare deficiencies, receiving assurances from the Governor of prompt attention to these issues.
Present at the meetings were key officials, including the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Hon. Tayo Oluwatuyi, and the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Prince Segun Omojuwa.
