Motunrayo Adeleye, The Ogun State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development has officially declared to contest the Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency seat in the forth-coming general elections.
While speaking with party executives and stakeholders at Ajuwon/Akute Ward 6 in Ifo Local Government Area of the state, Adeleye made her intention known.
The former two-term member of the Ogun State House of Assembly stated that her decision to initiate consultations from her ward is emblematic of her strong connection with the grassroots.
“Our constituency, being very dynamic in nature, deserves leadership that understands its complexities, and I am more prepared to harness its strengths for sustainable growth.
She noted that her plans would focus on economic empowerment, job creation, and support for small and medium-scale enterprises.
