President Buhari conferred with the Highest National Honour in Equatorial Guinea (Photos)

President Muhammadu Buhari who was on an official visit to the Republic of Guinea was on Monday conferred with the highest national honour in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea by the Guinean President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.
