Lucky Aiyedatiwa Approves Employment of 1010 Secondary School Teachers

The governor of Ondo State, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa has granted approval for the employment of 1,010 secondary school teachers in the state.

 

The approval came after the success completion of the recruitment process by the state Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) which screen thousands of applicants.

 

According to a statement released by Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, the list of successful applicants will be published online on Monday.

 

He noted that the list will be made available at TESCOM headquarters and its zonal office accross the state starting from Tuesday. According to the state, successful applicant are to begin documentation immediately.

 

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa had approved the appointment of 1000 primary school teachers and 1000 secondary school teachers last year due to shortage of teachers in the state.

 

“While the final list for the secondary school candidates was approved by the governor on Friday, that of the primary school candidates is currently undergoing its finishing touches,” Adeniyan added.
