Ameen Apanisile, the Executive Chairman of Ikorodu North Local Council Development Area has echoed the decision of council chairmen in the Ikorodu division to support the aspiration of Babajimi Benson to return to the Green Chamber in 2027.
The Ikorodu North council boss made this disclosure on Saturday while speaking on behalf of the remaining council chairmen. He noted that the lawmaker got the endorsement base on his sterling performance and impact in the constituency.
“This endorsement is not made lightly. It is a deliberate decision rooted in proven performance, visible impact, and a steadfast commitment to the growth and development of Ikorodu Division.
“As leaders at the grassroots, we have witnessed firsthand the transformation his representation has brought to our communities,” Apanisile stated, adding that Benson’s accessibility and responsiveness set him apart.
“We therefore stand united in our resolve to support his continued service, confident that the years ahead will bring even greater progress and prosperity.
