TINUBU HOLDS CLOSED-DOOR TALKS WITH SECURITY CHIEFS

The president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is currently holding a high-powered security meeting with the service chiefs and the inspector-general of Police at the State House.

 

Though the agenda of the meeting is immediately unknown as at press time, but it is expected that deliberations will be connected to the recent wave of attacks on military installations and the insecurity ravaging several parts of the country.

 

Attending the meeting with the President are Christopher Musa, the chief of defence staff; Olufemi Oluyede, chief of army staff; Hassan Abubakar, the chief of air staff; Emmanuel Ogalla, chief of naval staff; and Kayode Egbetokun, the inspector-general of police.
