Yoruba Traditional Rulers, top government functionaries and host of invited guests were at Ode-Ugbo to celebrate with His Imperial Majesty, The Paramount Ruler and Prescribed Authority, The Olugbo of Ugbo Land Oba (Dr.) Frederick Obateru Akinrutan during the official presentation of his new book “A History Of The Oldest Traditional Throne in Yorubaland” on 23rd July 2016.
The event attracted Yoruba in diaspora as USA and UK based Yoruba were in attendance to celebrate with His Imperial Majesty in his quest to position and preserve the original history of Ugbos who are direct descendants of Oramfe, the father of Obamakin Osangangan, the original inhabitants of Ife Ooye before the entrants of Oduduwa.
