Following serial complaints that trailed a major network fluctuation that left many subscribers perplexed and unable to access internet services in Lagos, the telecommunication giant, MTN NIGERIA has issued an official apology, and also assured customers that services has now been fully restored.
In a message to affected subscribers, the telco giant stated that: “Dear customer, we sincerely apologize for the challenges experienced with internet services yesterday in parts of Lagos State.
“This has been resolved, and services are fully restored. Thank you for your understanding.”
It was reported that the outage, which extended through Friday and Saturday sparked widespread frustration as customers grappled with disrupted communication and financial transactions.
It was noted that several customers took to social media to express their anger and frustration at the network glitch.
