Sequel to the gruesome killing of 11 security personnel in a bandits’ attack in Shanga Local Government Area and the death of the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Muhammad Usman-Zuru, President Bola Tinubu has condoled with the government and people of Kebbi State.
Vice-president Kashim Shettima who represented President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the on condolence visit to the Kebbi State Government House on Tuesday described the killing as “profound and painful.”
“We commend you for your efforts. The Federal Government is doing everything possible to support you in all ramifications.
“We are here to express our deep sympathy to the families of the fallen soldiers and the affected communities.
“We are also here to condole with you over the demise of the Speaker, Kebbi State House of Assembly, late Rt. Hon. Muhammad Usman-Zuru.”
