Oscar, Former Chelsea and Brazil midfielder has been discharged from am medical facility after a heart related issue forced him to be place on admission last week.
It was reported that the Brazilian aged 34 became sick on Tuesday during a pre-season physical evaluation at São Paulo’s training centre leading to a prompt medical intervention.
Oscar left Einstein Hospital Israelita on Sunday and was “stable and clinically well” throughout his stay, according to an official statement.
“Extensive investigation carried out at the hospital confirmed that the player experienced an episode of vasovagal syncope,” it added.
Vasovagal syncope is a common type of fainting caused by a sudden drop in blood pressure and heart rate.
