Utopian Events gave pupils massive treat at Echoes and Voices 2016

Pupils of major secondary schools in Ondo State participated in this year edition of Echoes & Voices held at  EssBee Event’s Arena. The event is a brain child of Utopian Events, it is platform designed to encourage young and bright minds to express their innate creative abilities. This year’s event featured debate and dance competitions with music and comedy as side attractions.

Citadel College Ikare came first in a keenly contested debate competition with St. Aquinas College Akure and St. Matthias Anglican High School, Akure settling for the second and third place in that order. Harry Washington of St. Mathias was adjudged the Best Male Debater and Mosugu Blessing Citadel College, Ikare the Best Female Debater.

The dance competition was fun for those in attendance as the schools thrilled the audience with crisp and uniform choreography and trending dance moves. Ijapo High School, Akure was the winner of the contest, St Louis Secondary School contingent claimed the Second place and Greater Heights Academy, Akure the third place.

Schools in attendance were ; Citadel College, Ikare Akoko, St Louis Girls Grammar School, Akure, Ola Oluwa Group of Schools, Iju, St Frances Academy, Igoba, Top Class College, Ondo, St Matthias Anglican High School, Akure, Diocesan International College, Ondo, St Thomas Aquinas College,  Akure, Ijapo High School and Greater Heights Academy, Akure.
