TEN PERSONS KIDNAPPED BY BANDITS IN NIGER STATE

According to reports on television stations access the country, Ten (10) persons from Angwan-Kawo and Kuchipa villages in Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State have been kidnapped by gunmen.

‎Wasiu Abiodun, Public Relations Officer of the Niger State Police Command confirmed to journalists that the abduction took place on Wednesday evening.

‎“On November 26, 2025, at about 8 pm, a report was received indicating that suspected armed men abducted about ten persons from Angwan-Kawo and Kuchipa villages of Shiroro Local Government Area.

‎“Effort is being made to rescue the victims,” Abiodun said.
