‎STOP LATE NIGHT OPERATION– OGUN MOTORCYCLE UNION TO MEMBERS

Taofeek Sokoya, AKA Danku, the newly re-elected Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria in Ogun State has called on members of the association to stop operating into the late hours of the day.

‎Sokoya revealed this on Saturday during a conversation with journalists following his second-term inauguration as chairman of the union for an additional five years, which took place at the union secretariat in Adatan, Abeokuta.

‎“While the government and the security agencies have been doing a lot to tackle this challenge, we have also been talking to our members to be security conscious because security is everybody’s business.

‎“We have told them to always be careful and watch whoever they are picking as passengers. They should avoid taking people into the bush and other unsafe areas. We also expect that between 8pm and 9pm, they would have already closed for the day. All of these counsels are for the good of all of us.”
