Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, the senator representing Delta North Senatorial district in the Nigerian Senate has formally defected into the All Progressives Congress from the Peoples’ Democratic Party.
Senator Ned Nwoko was elected into the Nigerian Senator in 2023 on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party
The senate president, Godswill Obot Akpabio read the communication from Senator Nwoko on the floor of the Senate during plenary on Wednesday 5th February, 2025.
Senator Ned attributed his defection to the internal crisis rocking the Delta state chapter of the PDP.
