Dr Olabimpe Aderiye, the Ekiti State Commissioner for Education has emphasized that the government would continue to drive excellence in schools by proving direction and regulations.
The commissioner disclosed that public and private primary and secondary schools in the state would resume on Monday, January 5, for the second term of the 2025/2026 academic session. She made this known through a statement released in Ado-Ekiti on Saturday.
“The resumption is in accordance with the approved calendar for the academic year.
“The resumption marks a new chapter as students are expected to engage in various academic and extracurricular activities throughout the term, with the state poised for a more productive year in education.
“Ekiti State Government will continue to provide the direction and regulations needed for excellent outcomes from schools,” Aderiye said.
