OSUN BRANCH OF RESIDENT DOCTORS JOIN NATIONWIDE INDEFINITE STRIKE

The Osun State chapter of the National Association of Resident Doctors has joined the the national strike of the association as they shot down patients services at the state teaching hospital, UTH Osogbo.

‎Dr Phillip Ajibade, President of the Osun State chapter of the Association of Resident Doctors explained that the strike action was in compliance with the directives of the national body.

‎“The NARD president was clear. He has directed all Nardits (members) in Nigeria to go on total, indefinite, comprehensive strike.

‎“ARD UTH Osogbo is an affiliate of NARD and we have complied.

‎“What NARD is demanding from the Federal Government and fighting for, equally affects us too as doctors,” he said.
