Oba (Dr) Victor Adesimbo Kiladejo (Jilo III), the Osemawe of Ondo Kingdom has approved the suspension of Chief Kola Fadoju , Baale of Laosho community.
The suspension came in the wake of allegations of autocratic rule, illegal diversion of commonwealth for personal gains and host of other serious misconducts leveled against the Baale by the people of Laosho community. The allegations were contained in a letter to the Osemawe-in-council dated August 3, 2012.
The letter of suspension titled “REMOVAL AS BAALE OF LAOSHO: RE MR KOLA FADOJU was signed by the Secretary of Osemawe-in-Council, High Chief Solafuboye Ayodeji, Adaja of Ondo Kingdom.

“Having found you liable to the allegations levied against you by the whole Laosho community, coupled with your previous wrong doing and by the power conferred on the Osemawe and paramount ruler of Ondo kingdom, and the custodian chieftaincy titles, traditions and customs.
I regret to inform you that the Osemawe-in-council decided at theirmeeting that you should be removed as the Baale of Laosho village you are therefore removed accordingly.This is to ensure proper administration of justice and to prevent
breakdown of law and order in the community”
When Chief Kola Fadoju was contacted via a phone call, he acknowledged the receipt of the letter and also disclosed that he is still the head of the community since a new Baale has not been installed.
