The Ondo West Local Government Chairman, Hon. Akinsulire Ebenezer has reiterated his administration’s resolve to complete all ongoing projects in the Local Government Area. This position was made known in a press release, by the Special Assistant on Media Relations to the Executive Chairman, Oyedele Abiodun. The ongoing projects consist of the construction of double box culvert ( 8.0 × 5.2 × 5.0 metres) at Litaye/Laje Road, construction of six lock up shops at Akinjagunla and provision of modern toilet for men of the Amotekun Corps.
Oyedele Abidoun in the press statement noted that “the landmark projects were strategic, timely and economically viable to the society according to the silent achieving Ondo West Council boss who reiterated his continued commitment to the infrastructural development of the local council and extension of the dividends of democracy to his people at all times”.
He further added that the Executive Chairman is impressed by the level of work done at the construction sites and promise a speedy completion of the projects. On the visitation tour are the Deputy Chairman, Hon. Akintunde John Folajimi (Jimiok), the Secretary to the Ondo West Local Government, Alhaji Oluwole Basiru (Bantolee) and the Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA), Mr. Arijeniwa Adewumi. Others on the entourage are the Ondo West Local Government Director of Works, Engr. Akinmoyegun Lawrence and Ondo West Local Government Director of Finance and Supply, Dr. Marcus Akinduko, Ward 2 councilor, Hon. Solomon among others.
