‎OGUN STATE APPOINTS DIRECTOR-GENERAL FOR PROCUREMENT BEREAU

Mrs Feyisara Bolarinwa-Adebowale has been appointed as the new Director-General of the Bureau of Public Procurement by the Ogun State Government.

‎Mr Kehinde Onasanya, the State Head of Service state that the appointment is strictly in accordance with the relevant laws of the state.

‎Onasanya observed that Bolarinwa-Adebowale was selected through a competitive and merit-based process, which involved the screening and interviewing of qualified candidates from within the state civil service.

‎“The new DG also met the prescribed competencies, skills, and knowledge required for the position of Director-General of the Bureau of Public Procurement.”

‎”Her elevation is part of Prince Dapo Abiodun’s government’s efforts to strengthen due process and accountability in public contracting by ensuring that procurement policies are imbibed and implemented in line with international best practices and within the framework of government bureaucratic procedures.”
