‎KANO GOV MOURN FORMER COMMISSIONER

Abba Yusuf, the Executive Governor of Kano State has expressed deep sorrow and profound condolences at the demise of Prof Kabiru Dandago, a former commissioner for Finance and a distinguished scholar.

‎Sunusi Dawakin-Tofa, the governor’s spokesperson conveyed the governor’s condolence through an official statement issue in Kano on Wednesday.

‎In the statement, the governor fondly remembered the late professor as a devoted public servant and a talented scholar, whose impactful contributions to education and governance have left an enduring legacy in Kano State.

‎“The death of Prof Dandago is a huge loss to Kano State. We have lost a valuable son whose experience and wisdom greatly enriched public service and the academic community,” the governor was quoted as saying.

‎While he described the demise as an irreparable loss, the governor condoled with the family of the deceased, the academic community, and the people of Kano State.
