JUST IN: TINUBU HONOURS SOYINKA, KUKAH, FALANA, AGHANENU, OTHERS WITH NATIONAL AWARD

The president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday conferred national honours on Nobel laureate Wole Soyinka, Bishop of the Sokoto Diocese, Matthew Kukah, and others notable Nigerians.

 

The conferment of the National Honours was done by the president during his address to a joint session of the National Assembly on Thursday to mark the country’s 26th Democracy Day anniversary.
