  • Stay hydrated. Drink between 2-3litres of water in a day. Replace carbonated drinks with water.
  • Wash your hands very often; after visiting the toilet, after touching a dirty surface, before and after eating.
  • Do not drink and drive.
  • Sleep for at least 8 hours in a day.
  • Indulge in fruits; they improve your immune system.
  • Sleep under mosquito treated net especially if you live in mosquito endemic areas like Nigeria
  • Check your blood pressure very often. A monthly check of your body weight is also advisable.
  • Stay active. Avoid the sedentary lifestyle. It’s a major risk to most diseases. Same with drinking and smoking.
  • Exercise regularly. You don’t have to book a gym session. Walking, cycling, swimming, running, jogging are all forms of exercises.
  • Have someone you can express your mind to without judging you. Can be your mother, father, sister, brother, spouse or a trusted friend.

If you have any more tips that can beneficial, you can drop it in the comment section. I will be active to read.
