GOV MUHAMMED SACKS WOMEN AFFAIRS COMMISSIONER

The executive governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed has sacked the state’s Commissioner for Women Affairs and Child Development, Hajiya Zainab Baban-Takko effective immediately.

 

This disclosure was on made on Monday by Mr Mukhtar Gidado, the Special Adviser, Media and Publicity to the Governor.

 

The decision was said to be as a result of a minor shake-up to the State executive council by the governor.

 

“In that respect, the Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs and Child Development, Hajiya Zainab-Baban Takko, has been relieved of her appointment with immediate effect.

 

“The governor thanks the Honourable Commissioner for her services to the State and wishes her success in her future endeavours,” said Gidado.
