The Daramola Adesuyi Foundation (DAF) organised the DAF Scholar Awards 2024: Back to School Program, on 29th April 2024 with the theme “CATCHING THEM YOUNG,” in Ondo East Local Government Area.
Thirty exceptional primary school pupils, hailing from both public and private institutions within the area, were honored for their unwavering dedication to academic excellence.
The initiative, spearheaded by DAF, granted these deserving scholars full tuition fees and essential school supplies to help their educational journey.
The occasion saw the esteemed presence of key dignitaries including Hon. Mrs. Adebusoye, Education Secretary, Ondo East LG; Mr. Akinnawo J. A., NUT Chairman, Ondo East LG; Mr. Omotayo O. A., NAPPS; Chairman, Ondo East LG; Hon. Adeoye Adeniyi, former Secretary, Ondo East LG; Comrade Awoniyi Michael, President, Ondo East Youth Council; Mr. Ogundolire Ayodele, CEO/publisher, Life Compendium Empire Limited
The success of the program was attributed to the relentless efforts of the DAF Education and Welfare team, led by Mr. Kolawole Sunday, whose dedication ensured the seamless execution of this impactful initiative.
