Buhari Declares himself fit as he Returns to Nigeria

President Muhammadu Buhari  returned to Nigeria on Sunday  after 14 days in London for medical treatment.

The president arrived at around 5.30pm at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja. He was received by Zamfara State Governor, Abdulaziz Yari; Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello; members of the Federal Executive Council among others.

Speaking with journalists after his arrival, President Buhari said he is fit and ready for a wrestling competition.

“You have seen me, you saw me when I was going, you can do the assessment by yourself. You can see me inspecting the guards of honour, if you want to wrestle me, you can do so, but you know I’m taller than you.”he said.
