BREAKING: PROTEST AT PDP SECRETARIAT IN ABUJA

Supporters of the faction loyal to the PDP National Vice Chairman (North Central), Mohammed Abdulrahman has carried out a protest match to the Wadata Plaza in Abuja, the national secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party.

‎The protest carried out be the group was to demand for the immediate vacation of the National Working Committee, led by Umar Damagum with immediate effect.

‎The group which named Mohammed Abdulrahman as Acting Chairman of the party cited worsening leadership troubles that climaxed with the suspension of the National Secretary, Senator Samuel Anyanwu, and the Legal Adviser, Kamaldeen Ajibade, for a period of one month.

‎However, the faction loyal to Anyanwu converged at a separate venue in Abuja and announced the suspension of the Damagum-led NWC. The protesters however vowed to take control of the national secretariat for the use of the Abdulrahman faction.
