According to SAHARAReporters Boko Haram stormed Shuwari Village, Konduga Local Government, Borno State killing four civilians on Thursday night. Shuwari is about 13 miles from Maiduguri the state capital.
Boko Haram was reported to have looted homes of residents, carted foodstuffs and burned down the village. The Chairman of Borno State Emergency Management, Satomi Ahmed confirmed the attack; he said “we have went to the village on Friday in the morning to evacuate the victims. Four people were killed. [Boko Haram] looted and carted away the food items before they set the whole village ablaze”
