The Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has announced the immediate dissolution of the State Executive Council.
The decision, made public through a press statement by Chief Press Secretary Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan on January 24, 2024, mandates all cabinet members to swiftly hand over their responsibilities to Permanent Secretaries or the senior administrative officers in their respective offices.
Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) and Special Assistants (SAs) have also been relieved of their duties, with immediate effect.
The directive includes the surrender of all government properties in the possession of the affected officials.
The Governor expressed gratitude to the officials for their contributions to the development of the state.
