Appeal Court Constitutes New Panel to hear Jegede Vs Jimoh’s Case

Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa, President of the Appeal Court, yesterday constituted a new 3-man panel of Justices to reconsider the issues relating to who should be the authentic candidate of the PDP for the November 26 Ondo governorship election.
The newly constituted panel which includes Justice Ignatius Igwe Agube and Justice Godwin Mbaba will be led by Justice Ibrahim Salauwa of the Calabar Appeal Court.
This was made known in a letter with reference PCA/Abuja/VII/2016, where Justice Bulkachuwa, empowered the newly constituted panel to hear three out of the five appeals.
“You are hereby empanelled to sit and determine the above appeals in Abuja Division expeditiously”.
