Oba Abimbola Owoade, the Alaafin-elect has donated medical equipments running into several millions of Naira to the community health center in the town.
According to a statement released by Bode Durojaiye, the Alaafin’s media aide on Saturday in Ibadan, Oyo state, the ultra modern equipment arrived Oyo town on Friday and will be installed on Saturday at the health center.
He said, “The donation is to ensure even development in the community and to support the mantra of inclusive governance of Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration.
“The aim is to help the less privileged, and the construction of the health centre and donation of medical equipment is to help those with health challenges.”
Oba Owoade expressed great belief and confidence that the installed equipments would reduce the challenges confronting the people in terms of assess to quality medical treatment.
The installed medical equipments include by not limited to ultrasound machines, electrical beds, and many more.
Residents who witnessed the delivery of the equipment, described Owoade as a monarch with “self-awareness, courage, respect, compassion, and resilience, who is learning agile and flex his influence while communicating the vision, showing gratitude, and collaborating effectively.
In a chat with newsmen, a resident said, “With this laudable feat, our monarch has proved himself that he is able to set a practical vision and suitable, achievable targets.
