Governor Aiyedatiwa Nominates Six Commissioners, Appoints Three Special Advisers

Ondo State Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has nominated six individuals for commissioner positions and appointed three Special Advisers.

The nominees forwarded to the State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation include Mrs. Omowumi Isaac, ACCA; Mr. Olukayode A. Ajulo, SAN, OON; Engr. Razaq Obe; Pastor Emmanuel Igbasan; Barrister Akinwumi Sowore; and Mr. Oseni Oyeniyi. The Governor’s selection showcases a diverse range of expertise and experience.

Additionally, the Governor has strategically appointed Special Advisers to key portfolios. Hon. Olugbenga Omole will serve as the Special Adviser on Information & Strategy, Mrs. Olamide Falana as the Special Adviser on Gender Affairs, and Mr. Alabi Johnson as the Special Adviser on Energy.

These appointments reflect Governor Aiyedatiwa’s commitment to assembling a team with a broad skill set to address various aspects of governance. The nominees and appointees are set to undergo the scrutiny of the State House of Assembly, ensuring transparency and adherence to due process in building a formidable team for Ondo State.
