JABU DEDICATES NEW EQUIPMENT FOR WATER FACTORY EXPANSION
Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU), on Thursday, September 24, 2026, dedicated three new pieces of equipment to support the expansion and growth of the University Water Factory:
• Fully Automatic Bottling Machine (Monoblock)
• Semi-Automatic Shrinking Wrapping Machine
• Semi-Automatic PET Blowing Machine
The well-attended ceremony brought together the leadership of the Christ Apostolic Church, Nigeria and Overseas, led by the President of the Church, Visitor and Chairman of the University Board of Trustees, Pastor S. O. Oladele, other Principal Officers of the church, as well as regional superintendents.
The University Management was represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Professor A.A. Eludire on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor O.A. Fukolujo, other Principal Officers of the University, alongside staff members from various departments and units.
The equipment was dedicated by the Visitor, Pastor S.O. Oladele.
In his remarks, the Acting Director of University Ventures, Dr. L.J. Babatola, highlighted the functions and expected impact of the equipment and appreciated the University Management for its commitment to the growth and expansion of the Water Factory.
The development marks another significant step towards strengthening the University’s entrepreneurial ventures and enhancing its production capacity.
