Adeleke expressed great enthusiasm at the public inspection of the project which has been a subject of fierce criticism over its design and execution.

“I have received this clip of Osogbo residents inspecting and commenting on the quality of work being delivered by the Imole administration at the Oke Fia flyover, Osogbo.

“It brings me immense joy to see our people coming out in large numbers to dispel the rumours being spread by those determined to hinder the progress of Osun State,” the governor added.

In the video, residents where seen taking the measurement of a section of the bridge while also singing the praise of the administration.

The governor called on the public to be patient until work is done on the bridge and necessary safety certifications are concluded before making use of the infrastructure.

“While I deeply appreciate this unfiltered and honest assessment from the public, I appeal to the good people of Osun to allow the contractors to fully complete and certify the project as safe before making use of it,” the governor stated.
