In the face of economic crisis in the Nation where there is no fuel, no light and means of livelihood is deteriorating everyday, the people of Oyo State have also added water scarcity to their plight. It was pictured where residents of Ososami Area of Ibadan, Oyo State were seen scooping water beside a busy road.
