Super Eagles forward, Victor Boniface, has officially announced that he has undergone surgery due to a knee contusion.
In several posts shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) account on Saturday, the footballer expressed that he has been maintaining a façade of happiness for over a year. Nevertheless, he remains grateful to God, as only God understands the reasons behind the challenges he is facing.
He wrote, “Been putting fake smile for almost a year.
“But God know why all this is happening. Grateful to God”
In a subsequent post, he provided an update regarding his surgery, encouraging individuals to refrain from succumbing to depression under any circumstances.
He said, “Bbl done and dusted.
“Omo if he reach ur turn make depression wound you.”
He expressed his gratitude to his fans and supporters who have been sending him messages, stating, “Thank you for the messages,” he added.
