SANWO-OLU CHAIRS LAGOS STATE SECURITY MEETING 

Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the executive Governor of Lagos State has presided over an important session of the Lagos State security council meeting. The meeting which was held on Wednesday, November 26 was meant to review and improve the security posturing of the state.

‎Via a post he made on his X handle, the governor echoed the fact that the atmosphere of peace enjoyed by residents of the state is non-negotiable.

‎The governor who emphasized the state’s security alertness and proactivess, also explained that robust measures are in place to ensure the security of lives and property is held with importance and seriousness it requires.

‎he said: “Today, I met with the State Security Council to take a closer look at our security situation and ensure we are responding with clarity and good judgment.

‎“Protecting the peace of Lagos is non-negotiable. I value the honest conversations around the table and the shared commitment to protecting the peace of our state.

‎“I remain committed to the peace and security of the lives and property of all Lagosians.”
