The Boon Akinsade Foundation has concluded plans to reach out to Muslims in Ondo Kingdom by providing food stuffs and cash gifts during the ongoing Ramadan fasting. Which is motivated by the teachings in the Holy Quran regarding Sadaqah.

In a chat with Ekimogun Mirror, the founder, Boon Akinsade, noted that this in line with the Foundation’s vision of bringing succor to the good people of Ondo Kingdom. He further stated that the project is imperative at this time to cushion the effect of rising cost of food prices and ease the stress of procuring food items for the Eid-al-Fitr.. He also prayed that may Allah accept all our ibadah during this period.

The beneficiaries of the outreach were selected randomly, and the Foundation made sure that they are those who are in dire need of this intervention, to make their festive celebration worthwhile after going through the fasting. The food items and cash gifts will be disbursed by representatives of the foundation on Wednesday 19th April, 2023 at No. 9 Tewogboye Street, Newtown Ondo.
