The Ondo State Government’s resolve to make the state a safe haven, has prompted the flag off of the 2016 Measles Immunization. The 3 days programme across the 18 Local Governments is targeted at immunizing children between 9 months to 5 years with the intent of complementing the Federal Ministry of Health’s National Immunization schedule.
Alhaji Abdulaziz Oluboyo, Ondo State Deputy Governor, representing Dr. Olusegun Mimiko gave the assurance that all eligible children will be immunized as adequate mechanisms are in place for the success of the exercise.
