Engr Oluseyi Makinde, the executive Governor of Oyo State has expressed shock and sadness at the death of Hon. Abdul-Rasak Abdullahi, popularly known as Omo Sheu who previously served as a member of the Oyo State House of Assembly.
Moses Alao, the Special Assistant to the Governor on Print Media disclosed through an official statement on Tuesday that the governor “described the death of the ex-lawmaker, who represented Ibadan South-East Constituency in the last 9th Assembly as shocking and disheartening.”
According to the statement, “the governor prayed to Allah to forgive his sins and grant him Aljanah Firdausi.”
The governor also “expressed condolences to the family, friends and political associates of the deceased and that Allah SWT grant them the fortitude to bear his loss.”
