The Governorship Aspirant in Ondo State under the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC), Mr. Boye Oyewunmi has charged Muslims to continue to pray endlessly for Nigerian leaders in the task of rebuilding the nation after years of loss.
In his message to commemorate this year’s end of Ramadan, Mr Boye Oyewunmi through his Campaign Team and signed by the Head of Media, Mr Segun Adegbenro, pointed out that fervent prayers by Nigerians would compliment various steps taken by the Government to tackle myriads of problems confronting the nation and issues affecting Ondo State.
He charged religious leaders to continue to preach against ills especially corruption and wickedness of man in humanity to man for the nation to move forward. Further stressing that Ondo state is not exempted from this treacherous act. When a leader is voted to something and failed, but did otherwise, is a clear demonstration leadership flaws that brought arm ways of societal ill.
Mr Oyewunmi further assured Nigerians that the Nation’s growth will improve with the stride against corruption and ruling party philosophy of fairness and equity and other structural reforms of the Buhari administration, which are already bringing hope to the nation.
Nigerians should be remembered at a times like this, all religious scholars particularly the Muslim clerics who are leaders in Ondo should not relent in praying for Ondo, particularly as the state will soon be going through another rounds of electoral tussle.
While we pray, I wish all Muslim leaders, brothers and sisters in Ondo a fun filled Salah.
