Ondo Ekimogun Youth Congress, the umbrella body of all youth fora in Ondo city inaugurated new executives to pilot the affairs of the association yesterday, 8th of September, 2016 at an elaborate event held at the Civic Center, Ondo city.
The most popular contemporary musician in the city Mr Dapsing was honoured with an award of recognition for his humanitarian service to the youths of the city.
In his response, a visibly elated Mr Dapsing said he was pleasantly shocked with the gesture of the event organizers. He thanked them for deeming it fit to single him out from numerous talented live bands in the city and vowed to keep the flag flying high. He also said the award was timely as he just unveiled a modern booking office in the city and can’t wait to put the plaque in a befitting place in the new office.
Mr Dapsing remains many Ekimogun’s first choice for live band music because of his dynamics. Aside being able to easily flow from Juju highlife to Fuji or whatever genre that appeals to him in a seamless back and forth, Dapsing is a noteworthy guitarist maestro with over 15 years of experience in the Music Industry.
