Vice Admiral Ibok-ete Ibas, the sole administrator appointed for Rivers State by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in the state to resume official duties.
At about 11:25am on Thursday, Ibas arrived the Port Harcourt international airport and was received by top government officials and security personnel.
Accompanied by the state Commissioner of Police, Olugbenga Adepoju and the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Zone 16, the sole administrator proceeded to the government house in Port harcourt immediately.
Vice Admiral Ibok-ete Ibas was taken round the government house premises by top government officials as he arrived the government house.
The sole administrator entered into a close-door meeting with federal government delegation, state government officials, and senior security officers.
