The students of Adeyemi College of Education living in one of the off campus hostels at Palmgroove, Oka, Ondo found their neigbour dead in her room. The woman identified as Rose is a staff of Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo. She was last seen on Tuesday until her room was forced open Saturday night.
An eye witness who pleaded anonymity told EkimogunMirror that they perceived foul odour emanating from a room in the hostel. When the smell got stronger and disturbing, the room was traced and noticed it was bolted behind. They had to go to the window to peep but the flies in the room were too much that they could not see anything. The door was forced open and the body was on the floor lifeless.
The men of Nigeria Police Force Enu-Owa Division visited the scene and promised to carry out the evacuation. The DPO of Enu Owa was contacted via a phone call. He affirmed the story and said the corpse had been removed and investigation of the death ongoing.
